You can reach us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You’ll always talk to a live person, not a machine. We’ll arrange a convenient appointment and notify you with a call before our service professional arrives at the appointment time. 2. We Value Your Safety Guarantee
You want to know who’s doing the work in your home. Our service professionals will arrives in Air South truck and wearing an Air South uniform. All our technicians carry ID cards, and you can ask to see them before allowing them into your home. (They don’t mind!) We’re a fully licensed and insured company for your safety and protection.
3. We Value Your Home Guarantee
Our service professionals take extra steps to protect your home and furnishings while they work. They use tarps and floor–protecting shoe covers, and they’ll also see that your home’s interior is restored to its original condition before they leave. We’ll clean your house if we don’t do it to your satisfaction the first time!

We take responsibility for your complete satisfaction with the workmanship we provide and the materials we use for the job. If you are dissatisfied within the first year with our service or our people—for any reason—we’ll make every effort to make it right and correct the issues to your satisfaction.
5. Workmanship Guarantee
When you work with us, you’ll receive the most knowledgeable service professionals in the business. We hire HVAC technicians who have the best in skill, workmanship, and attitude. We provide ongoing training so our team keeps current with the continuing market developments and technologies. They promise not to smoke or swear in or near your house and they are all drug–free. If you feel any completed job wasn’t performed up to these high standards, we’ll refund whatever portion of the purchase price you think is fair and reasonable.
6. Lifetime Replacement Guarantee
AirSouth Cooling and Heating warrants and guarantees to the purchaser that if a customer accepts and purchases Air South’s recommended repair, the repair will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and conditions for as long as the customer owns the residence in which the repair was done or until the unit in which the covered repair was performed, if applicable, is replaced.
7. The "No Lemon" Guarantee
Manufacturers do make errors with their equipment: around 3% leave the factory with some type of defect. We offer a guarantee against breakdowns because of a "lemon." When equipment we have installed is maintained and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s operation and maintenance manuals, we’ll replace a failed compressor or heat exchanger within the first five years of the unit’s life—free of charge.
8. One Year "Test Drive" Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with one of our installations at any time during the first year and we can’t repair it, we’ll remove the installation and refund 100% of your original investment. PERIOD.
